Workshops
It’s better to upcycle before recycling. Cloop introduces creative solutions and runs hands-on workshops that transform old textiles into something new and useful, such as turning old T-shirts into tote bags or yarn for macramé holders,
Participants will learn simple, practical skills to continue upcycling on their own. No sewing experience is required.
Explore our workshops here.
Swap/Shop Pop-Up
We organise sustainable shopping experiences such as Fashion Swap or Open Wardrobe pop-ups, Curated Racks for themed events or parties, and Bag It! activations at your location. We also provide consultation, equipment rental, and sales of curated inventory if you would like to run on your own.
Donation Drives
Cloop supports donation drives, from one-off collections to longer-term set-ups, making it easy and convenient for members to responsibly donate or recycle their textiles. Speak to us to explore the options and discover what happens after donations through our Learning Journey.
Learning Journey
Our Learning Journey offers a hands-on experience where you and your team take part in preliminary sorting alongside us, contributing to the “curate” stage of the Cloop Cycle. This is especially meaningful following a donation drive, as it allows participants to see what happens to items after collection.
We can host up to 30 pax at APSN sorting facility and up to 80 pax at our new HQ at Primax.
Educational Booth
Cloop’s Educational Booths, including our Recycling Showcase and Upcycling Showcase, bring the journey of circular fashion to life through engaging, interactive displays. Participants can touch, feel, and explore real-life examples that demonstrate the possibilities of reuse, repair, upcycling, repurposing, downcycling, and textile recycling, making circular fashion tangible and easy to understand. See examples here.
The Recycling Showcase can be complemented with a Textile Donation Drive, an Open Wardrobe thrift popup, or a quick “Hop-In, Hop-Out” Upcycling Workshop, where participants transform textile waste into simple creations such as fabric twine.
Curate Corner
Step into the role of a textile sorter at our Curate Corner – a hands-on, gamified sorting station where participants learn how donated clothing and textiles are assessed and sorted into the most suitable pathways: reuse, repair, wash, upcycle, or recycle. By understanding the thought process behind each decision and what happens after they donate, participants gain practical insights into responsible textile disposal and are empowered to make more mindful choices.

Which are your most popular workshops?
Interests for workshops differ between organisations, however, the most popular one is our tee-to-tote workshop which can be a 30 minute or 1 hour session with an introduction to the life cycle of a t-shirt.
For a longer duration for your activity (eg: 2 hours), we recommend a 2-in-1 workshop such as the Macrame Holder – where participants will learn how to make yarn from old t-shirts, followed by a macrame holder.
